The megaAVR ATtiny parts (x12/x14/x16/x17/x02/x04/x06/x07) are be supported by - they are sufficiently different from the classic AVR ATtiny parts that they need a separate core. Variants of these are also supported (such as the ATtiny1634R, ATtiny2313A or ATtiny85V)
